To make this Website more accessible, several measures have been taken::

Keyboard shortcuts

Most of browsers allow to go directly to specific links by means of key combinations (access keys) defined in the Website.

For instance, in Windows it is done by pressing Alt+access keys

In Internet Explorer it is necessary to press intro key in addition.

In Macintosh, it is necessary to press Ctrl+access key.

There are no javascript pseudo-links. Every link can be followed with any browser, even in case javascript is disabled.
