
CSR-Vision
The CSR vision in this region is based on the notion of “enterprise’s social citizenship”. This means that enterprises contribute to create well-being in the community. At the moment, most Sicilian enterprises focus their attention on the environmental aspect of CSR, but there is a growing attention on the issues regarding certification, the Social Budget and Cause Related Marketing.

The regional government of Sicily has powers over subjects related to CSR in fields such as Economy and innovation, elementary education, environment and local government.
With legislative Decree of May the 15th 1946, the Isle of Sicily with the Eòlie islands, Egadi, Pantelleria, Pelàgie and Ustica have constituted into an autonomous region, furnished of juridical personality, within the political unity of the Italian State.
Organs of the Region are: The Meeting, the Junta and the regional President. .
