THE MEANING OF CSR

For the purposes of this collective approach to CSR across Europe we have worked with the definition of CSR from the European Communication Corporate social Responsibility – a business contribution to sustainable development of 2002. So we start from the concept whereby companies integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and in their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis.
